“Well Deserved and Well Being”

I was approached by a friend who asked if I'd be interested in constructing a small art studio on his family's land. I gladly accepted the opportunity and took pleasure in both designing the area and making regular trips to the land over the course of several months during COVID to construct the cabin. The absence of cellular signal, electricity, and people created an environment that fueled my creativity. Upon completion, my friend expressed his gratitude for turning his childhood dream into reality, highlighting the incredible power of art. This was my first live-in sculpture titled “Well Deserved”

Adjacent to the cabin studio, I created a tribute sculpture named "Well Being." This piece honors his grandfather and nephew’s lives. This friend and his partner have been unwavering supporters of my work for more than ten years. The sculpture serves as a functional cover for a water well and features a sun-catcher made of casted glass
